• Account Authentication: We utilize Google Sign-in and Firebase Authentication to verify your identity. This provides us with your email address, profile picture URL, name/alias, and a unique identifier (UID).
• Habit & Streak Data: Your habit names, routine structures, categories, completion history, XP progress points, freeze token counts, and streak milestones are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore.
• Social Feed Information: If you use community features, the posts, custom aliases, and associated tags you share are published to the community feed.
• Operational Log Data: We may collect basic crash reporting metadata and device types to debug stability issues.

2. How We Use Your Data

HabitCraft processes your data strictly for operational functionality, specifically to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Sync your habit tracking status, routines, and streaks across devices.
• Deliver exact habit reminders and motivational nudges via local notifications.
• Calculate daily completion rates and manage gamified statistics (XP and ranks).
• Operate the live community activities page.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party infrastructure providers to deliver our core cloud services. These services collect and process data in compliance with their respective privacy standards:

4. Data Selling and Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. All data is strictly utilized to operate and improve your habit-tracking experience.

5. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have full control over the data you store with HabitCraft:

• Delete Individual Data: You can edit or delete individual habits, routines, and entries directly inside the app interface.
• Complete Account Deletion: You can completely erase your profile and all associated data from our servers. To do so, please contact us directly at geniusdeveloper46@gmail.com with your request. We will purge your authentication records and Firestore database entries within 7 business days of verification.

6. Security Measures

We leverage industry-grade infrastructure provided by Google Cloud and Firebase. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS, and access to database entries is guarded by strict Firestore Security Rules, ensuring users can only read and write their own data.

7. Children's Privacy

HabitCraft is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take immediate steps to delete it.
